The hotel's location is truly breathtaking, with a terrace offering views of Hagia Sofia under the Topkapi Palace walls. The rooms were the most luxurious we have ever seen, and the service was exceptional with staff going out of their way to assist. The hotel rooms were like an Ottoman palace with a spacious shower room and a surgically clean yet elegantly comfortable atmosphere. The service was extremely friendly and professional, especially with helpful team members like chef Mesut Turk and 'betul'. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Istanbul near the historic Sultanahmet Square. Dining experiences were not up to 5-star standards, lacking variety and quality in pastries and coffee service. Overall, a luxurious stay with some dining improvements needed.
