The hotel's location is truly breathtaking, with a terrace offering views of Hagia Sofia under the Topkapi Palace walls. The rooms were the most luxurious we have ever seen, and the service was exceptional with staff going out of their way to assist. The dining experience was very good, offering a variety of breakfast spreads. However, the service felt a bit fake friendly at times.

The service was extremely friendly and professional, especially with helpful team members like chef Mesut Turk and 'betul'. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an unexpected room upgrade to the ottoman suite, which was immaculate. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the historical monuments and bazaar, though the room had a strong unpleasant odor that led to us leaving the windows open during winter and catching colds. The service, from the manager to the restaurant staff, was exceptional, making sure all our needs were met throughout our stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are not only lovely, with lots of character, but also impeccably clean. The private hammam was a special treat. The service was beyond friendly, always ready to help. The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the heart of Sultanahmet, near all the main attractions. The dining experience was delicious, offering a wide range of varieties. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a few minor cons.
